well, it's been a while, but here's an update in reference to my last post:

**found mike's old cowboy hat (it's now hanging in the addition); don't have his boots out yet

**found some of the old baby clothes and loaned them out for everett's use :-)

**got most of the "western" decor put up in the addition and the walls got painted, we still need to paint the doors

**we [my husband did most all the labor] made what i consider a nice looking "window box" shelving unit for the additon: designed, cut, secured, stained and then decorated with more "western" stuff (this was done in lieu of a window shutter)

**the kitchen cabinets, sink and countertop got put in as well as the flooring.  my husband did the work and though there's still trim and other things left to do, it's a nice change but it did take a while to get rearranged and use to where things are now.

**i participated in and did most of the september, 2011, 30 days of lists challenge and enjoyed it.  (ps they have a new one coming up in march if you're interested)

i didn't do so well on the following:

**getting pictures sorted, edited, and processed

**scrapbooking (though i have helped to get our daughter in law started on one for our grandson)

**consistent, daily devotional times
